About

Tom (b.1994) is a British figurative painter currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Tom’s practice is a personal investigation of the world around him. Through the medium of oil paint, his work transforms overlooked aspects of contemporary existence – giving status to the unnoticed. His paintings manifest as intimately observed recordings, each with a sensitivity towards light, colour and composition.

Originally from Manchester (UK), Tom currently works in Fabrikken – Denmark’s largest studio community. Tom has sold work internationally across Europe and as far as Hong Kong.
