Commissions
I have experience creating unique paintings for clients which include landscapes, still life’s, human and animal portraits. See adjacent images for some examples.
The process of a commission can vary but generally follows the steps below:
- Initial idea development and testing
- Approximate size and price of the painting is agreed
- Compositional study – finalising the design of the painting
- Preparation of linen canvas/panel to paint on
- Execution of painting
- Handover
